At K Liquid, we want you to love every product you buy from us. But we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected — and that’s okay. Whether it’s a damaged item, a change of mind, or something that just doesn’t suit you, our returns and refund process is designed to make things easy, fair, and stress-free.

Changed Your Mind? No Problem – You Have 14 Days to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order any time before dispatch or within 14 days of receiving your delivery. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, that 14-day period starts the day after the last item is delivered.

To cancel, just let us know via phone, email, or post using the contact details on this page. If you’re cancelling because of an issue with the product, please mention it when you contact us so we can resolve it quickly.

How to Return Your Items?

If you cancel or return your order, simply send the goods back to us within 14 days of cancellation. You will need to cover return shipping costs unless:

  • We sent the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

Returns should be sent to the address listed on our contact page.

⚠️ Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on unsealed items like e-liquids once opened. Similarly, custom or personalised items are non-returnable.

Refund Policy – Here’s What You Can Expect

Once we receive your returned items (or you provide proof of return), we will:

  • Refund the full product price
  • Refund the standard delivery charges (if you paid any)
  • Process your refund within 14 days

If your order is cancelled before dispatch, we’ll refund you within 14 days of cancellation.

We’ll use the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

❗ If returned goods show signs of unreasonable use (like heavy wear or damage not caused by delivery), we may deduct a portion of your refund.

What If Your Item Is Faulty or Incorrect?

If you’ve received:

  • The wrong item
  • A damaged product
  • A faulty or defective item

Here’s what we’ll do:

  • Offer a full refund, or
  • Replace or repair the item at no extra cost (including postage)

We’ll act fast to make things right — and let you know via email once your refund or replacement has been processed.
