Where we accept your order, we have a legal obligation to supply goods that conform to these Terms and Conditions.
4. PRICE AND DELIVERY COSTS
Prices displayed on this site are subject to change without notice. However, the prices applicable at the time your order is placed will apply.
Occasionally, errors may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced. In such cases, we are not obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price. We may cancel your order and refund your payment or contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
If the correct price is lower than the advertised price, we may (at our discretion) proceed with your order and charge the lower price.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges will be displayed before payment and confirmed by email.
5. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee the continuous availability of all products. Orders are subject to stock availability.
We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Goods will be delivered to the address you provide at the time of your order.
We aim to deliver goods on the specified date or, if no date is specified, within 30 days of order acceptance.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, mechanical issues). If delivery fails, we will agree on an alternative delivery date with you.
If you are unavailable to receive delivery, it is your responsibility to arrange collection or re-delivery with the courier or post office.
6. PAYMENT
We must receive payment in full before processing your order, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment can be made using:

7. RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch or within 14 days after delivery. This period begins the day after you receive your goods. If your order was delivered in parts, the 14-day period begins after the final item is delivered.
To cancel, please inform us by phone, mail, fax, or e-mail. If the cancellation is due to a problem with the goods, please mention it when you contact us.
Cancellation Consequences
You must return the goods to us at your own cost (unless the item was sent in error or is damaged/defective) within 14 days of cancellation.
You cannot cancel the supply of:
- Sealed goods unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
8. REFUNDS POLICY
If you cancel, we will refund the full price paid (minus return/collection costs, if any). Delivery charges will also be refunded (standard delivery only).
We will issue refunds within 14 days of:
- Your cancellation, if the goods haven’t been dispatched
- Receiving the returned goods
- Receiving proof that you returned the goods
Refunds will be made using your original payment method. We may deduct amounts for goods showing signs of unreasonable use. Refunds may be withheld until we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
If you’re not satisfied with a product for any reason — incorrect item, damaged, defective, or wrong quantity — please return it. Once the issue is confirmed, we will:
- Fully refund incorrect items
- Fully refund damaged or defective items within a reasonable time after the sale
- Repair or replace items at our cost, or refund the full amount if repair or replacement isn’t possible
You’ll receive a refund notification by email. We aim to process refunds within 30 days.
9. CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
- We are out of stock
- We don’t deliver to your area
- Pricing errors occurred
In such cases, we will notify you by e-mail and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
10. TITLE AND RISK
Ownership of goods passes to you once delivered and fully paid for. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.
11. LIABILITY
We are not liable for:
- Losses that are not foreseeable
- Losses not caused by our breach
- Business losses (e.g., loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, etc.)
Nothing in these terms affects our liability for:
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Death or personal injury due to our negligence
- Consumer Protection Act 1987
- Title or quiet enjoyment of goods
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law
12. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport failure, extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, or acts of terrorism.
13. GENERAL
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Only you and we have rights under this agreement.
Failure to enforce our rights does not constitute a waiver.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent.
We may update these Terms at any time. Please check the current Terms before each purchase.
14. LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Northern Ireland or Scotland, you may bring proceedings in those jurisdictions.
